Lean Startup Fundamentals

Why you should attend?

This one-day Lean Startup workshop is facilitated by Tristan Kromer, an international expert from San Fransisco. Tristan has years of experience as startup founder and as an expert for large companies from all over the world. This is a workshop for all who are past the hype and have realized that they need more training in the practice. There’s a lot of theory about what teams should do to run experiments and build a business, but few teams can actually execute based on the theory alone. This workshop is about working pragmatically with teams and pushing them to a steady minimum pace of one experiment or research method per week.

What will you get?

Tristan helps you deal with the challenges of managing innovation projects and the different needs, goals, and priorities. That includes when to bring in support, managing stakeholders such as investors or business sponsors, and innovation accounting. Yes, math is involved and it’s unavoidable.

Tristan’s training equips you to face the challenges of innovation project management and to develop an eye for different needs, goals, and priorities. Beyond the coaching and hands-on exercises, all attendees will work directly with real startups in an unscripted setting to see the theory in action.
This workshop is ideal for the intrapreneur, innovation manager, product manager, business developer and innovation teams.

One day workshop by Tristan Kromer

The workshop is a one-day program on how to work with Lean Startup in large organisations. Learn how to implement Lean Startup fundamentals into your organisation. Learn how to run experiments; which experiment works best in your situation? When should you pivot or persevere? Become a true intrapreneur.
